however, i am facing issues to work with docker on Windows 10 machine..
I have downloaded and tried with current and previous versions of docker, still facing the below issues, unable to get started with any of the image on docker.
any thoughts, what might be the problem??
----I have tried the below-----
went to setting and inside docker engine, changed the below as per internet comments..
"experimental": true
also, tried with lower version of docker installation.
did docker login in cmd before running any container..
Still, no luck and below error..
I noticed one thing that docker client and server , below parameter is windows instead of linux as shown in your video..
OS/Arch: windows/amd64
finally, the problem for any container installation is as below.
Y:\>docker run redis
Unable to find image 'redis:latest' locally
latest: Pulling from library/redis
docker: no matching manifest for windows/amd64 10.0.16299 in the manifest list entries.
See 'docker run --help'.
It would also be great to learn how does Docker compare to other virtualizations systems like Linux Containers and how to choose the best option for each case.
