I have several squares from DAC in my stash, but I’ve yet to do one. I’m working only on my second square painting, my current one I’m working on is my first Dreamer Designs, and it’s not as thrilling to me, as I wished it were. I don’t know if it’s Dreamer Designs, or because it’s squares. I think I enjoy rounds a lot more, but I’m going to have to learn to like squares, because there are just to many beautiful square paintings. Did I mention I really like this painting!!!!
I hope you’ll be able to snag it when it restocks! Squares can be tricky to get the hang of, but have a really nice finished effect. You’ll get the hang of it! ☺️

Fuji Flora was my first DAC purchase and it got to the UK in good time. The canvas is great quality and the printing super clear. It's next in line for me to start on, and I can't wait!
Yeah there was no way I wasn't getting this. I have always loved pandas, I love color...this was a must get. I haven't opened mine yet, it was delivered and left in the snow. It's drying out. So grateful DAC wraps the box in plastic because I do store in the box. This looks amazing, so excited!

I love the unboxings of it because I just love it so much lol. I just need more storage for it, so once I get that I will tackle it. Until then I have about half of the DD one left and then a mystery one coming.

Diamond Art Club may have some room in their warehouse to buy extra stock of their paintings before the new year starts, but even that will have its limit due to how much DAC kits are in demand

I brought soooo many canvas that I got to the point where I started to hide them from my husband cause he think I’m crazy to buying so much and just sitting there collecting dust. It’s becoming additive to be buying DP as much as doing one. 🤫🤭if he ever find my hidden stash, I’ll start saying “it’s not mine, I’m just holding it for a friend..” 😳 enjoy and do a post review 😁

I was lucky to visit the Woolong panda sanctuary and feed a panda. However it wasn’t as colourful as this! I think these pandas have been shipped to Japan for the photo shoot! 😂

Yes, I also bought this kit last saturday. But not expecting it till late March. DHL ships them to Germany, before sending them to Argentina., so it takes 7 weeks. Don't know why. So, I' m veru happy with your unboxing. Thanks 😊

I’m so excited about this one! Pandas have a special place in my heart, and even though the setting in Japan made me go “huh” I had to have it. I think I’ll work on it in the summer, it will be something to look forward to and will give me time to prepare for doing a painting that is significantly bigger than the biggest one I’ve done so far (fiftysomething by seventysomething). Now the question is, what pens? So many gorgeous colors to coordinate with! 😍
Ooh, this will be a nice step up from those 50ish by 70ish! But I totally get needing to prep for it, haha. And the pen dilemma! Well, goodness knows it'll take long enough to finish, it can be a different pen every day!
Did you ever end up getting any work done on it? I'm finishing up The Serene Siren Triptych and have Fuji Flora as my next big one. 😁 I like to have a big project and then a couple of smaller sized ones.
I totally hear you, Kris. I’m being a lot more picky about which large canvases I’ll add to my stash, but since I’ve been wanting to do a kit from this artist and loved this one, I made an exception!
It's a beautiful painting so I dont care about the Pandas not being in Japan. My story goes that this area is owned by a group that loves Pandas and has them on their property. Ok, lol not a great story but I just look at the wonderful artwork and great colors!
Beautiful painting but I agree there's a mix of Asia here. That arch is Japanese and Pandas belong to China. Pandas eat huge amounts of bamboo, they must be hungry. I love the details and colors if only I could put aside the meaning of the art. It's a conversation piece if you decide to hang it up.
I'm a little bummed at the shameless mixing of countries here. Apparently in the original artwork from the artist, there aren't pandas? And then the artist did a version with the pandas added. I have no idea why, but I hadn't even thought of what you said - those poor pandas must be hungry! Aww. Well, for me it isn't distracting enough to dissuade me from working on the piece, but I totally understand why it's too much for others!
