I don't really see Jungo as a Good CRM. The software system it's really difficult to handle, setting options are hard to find, to do an email and SMS campaign is a nightmare, and to set them in an expecific time of the day it's impossible. A CRM should always be easy to manage and people don't have to go to support every single time.

Couldn’t agree more. I made the mistake of getting it and it is extremely difficult to do what should be simple tasks
