La Ley was a great pop/rock band from Chile, that established a long time in Mexico (so much that they believed La Ley was mexican haha); but was a classical pop band, with a real great singer like Beto Cuevas. He is still amazing. Incredible voice. And as he was very good looking, so he was the classic star for the girls during the 90's in Latam. He is really talented.
Regarding the guitarrist (you noticed is very good), he was an invited musician, as La Ley changed a lot their guitarrist since the original one died in a motrocycle accident after their second or third album. He was really great, very similar in style with The Edge of U2.
I really recommend "El Duelo" from this same MTV Unplugged concert with a fantastic colombian singer invited who did a great duo with Beto.

This band (La Ley) has a very powerful song called Ojos Incandescentes. That was a intro from a chilean tv series, Los Pincheira.
