I just wanted to come here and thank you for this audio. I struggle with severe insomnia due to panic attacks and depression and this is one of the few audios that help me to actually sleep. I discovered it almost a month ago and I've been listening to it almost every night. It's like magic, I sleep well every time I listen to it.
