Just seems really joyous yeah you need to go lucky well you're very that's very sweet and loaded question we're the lucky ones and we'll with very grateful to be going have you missed this have you missed Australia but let a healthy hunger build up and now we can come back we're here there was everything that was confetti cannons you had glow bands as well you were touting yourself as the seventh sexiest band in London what can we expect well before I drop down those rankings somewhat since then shifting a lot of tickets to sexiness alone but we do have a lot of confetti and we do have a lot of things that lights up and explode and go off and I don't know I'm not very good at selling it says like a giant children's birthday party there is a lot of color right and why all the clips that I've seen of music of the spheres and the two are it's just sanity it's just 60,000 at you crying singing Your Own lyrics back to you what is that feel like when you're standing on the stage and you witness that before is the most magical thing at this point about our concerts is the audience because maybe because everyone has lights on them and because there seem to be amazing singers all around the world I have the most amazing seat I guess so I get to witness that and it's an amazing feeling but I think for me it just is like a restoring of faith every day of my most humans really like each other and just want to sing and drink and you know I can get quite down by reading just the news of you sort of forget that a lot of people are quite harmonious and we're very privileged that that's what we mainly gets is that what you say a Focus of the band and yourself is kind of this spreading of love that's what I get when I see you guys when I listen to you guys everything you're doing at the moment just seems really joyous yeah I think we've tried a few different approaches over the years of how to feel like we're doing what we're supposed to be doing beyond just music is what what is our music trying to say and who are trying to say to and how we're trying to say and we really believe in love as a power now that sounds very cheesy and I'm so I'm aware cheat itself and I would never be able to say that 10 years ago but it just seems to be that in every situation that I face that's challenging that's really the only approach that improves situations I've yet to find a situation that improved from me being aggressive or critical or mean or something so we just putting that on a big scale and we wanted a few people that are lucky enough to be able to go to so many countries and see the similarity between people see the kindness between so it doesn't feel like we're one of a huge Chorus of people talking about that there's a lot of phobia a lot of aggression a lot of transformer but there's so many phobias and our show is trying to be phobia how is that present itself when you get onto that stage because you jump around you're covered in sweat after like the second song or so how do you keep the energy up how do you maintain that I don't know it's a strange collapsed but I think it's just a little kid inside emotions to dream from when you would end the way you are now like how do you reflect how do you even begin well now I pay someone else to pinch me yeah of course I mean I'm pinch myself about being alive don't you know what is this the whole thing where are we so yeah I do love your opinion on what's been a standout of the tour stand out for me I mean there's a moment in the concept where we ask everybody to put their phones away but just for one song and I love that that makes me truly happy is it weird being on stage and just seeing a phone pointed at you times 60,000 no you used to it yeah is that sad no everything has it duality doesn't it like phones are terrible but also phones are incredible you can do 50 things in a day on this thing and you can always communicate with people you love will miss and you can check out what is this bump on my arm you know and then sometimes as it's flip side to be like why is everyone why is the applause so much quieter and he realized well because people they can't clap anymore cheering goes up so okay hey the seven sexiest man from London right well now we're about 15 but thank you we're so excited to have you back down here Chris I can't even begin to tell you just Australia has been a light with the news a light with the news well Australia makes us way more happy than we make it so we're great now we'll be happy will be happy yeah
Here’s another idea, Chris. Instead of love, try spreading the word of inequality. Not the trivial variety you like to focus on, but the economic variety that you like to ignore, presumably because you’re part of that problem. In other words, your $160M net worth comes directly at the expense of charging your fans overinflated prices for music, tickets, etc. Until we’re able to understand this, love will continue to fall short and news will continue to be depressing for you to watch and read. So, with your platform, Chris, do something about it. Or, just admit that you’re an opportunist like the rest of them and don’t pretend to be doing good in the world.
