It depends on the pressbreak. We like to hit the sideline to middle but you could inbound right to the middle. Depends on a number of factors including the type of press you use it against.
@@craigbrandol3854 I provide a diagram of to how I would adjust in this video at the 10:22 mark ruclips.net/video/s7EsillOa00/видео.html and then I'll elaborate on it in a future video
Good question. We pressed the entire game so both. Some teams do it after a FT make only and others after a timeout. No one right way to do it. It depends on your team and personnel.
Watch the rotations and how they adjust against 4 across, but as I said in the description, it's great any time they trap the first pass in the coffin corner. You should watch this video on adjusting the diamond against 4 across and you'll see how it can morph: ruclips.net/video/L5jvy5GHJfc/видео.html
Glad you liked the video! I'm not sure what you mean with regard to commentary as that is the preferred audience for this video per RUclips. Details matter! Thanks for watching the video and the feedback!
Love the breakdown. I run a similar press break. However it doesn't look this pretty at times. L.O.L. Thanks Coach.
Tough to match Virginia, but I'm sure your breaker looks just a good when you dissect the press for an easy 2! Thanks for checking out the video!
Coach thank you so much for everything you do
Thanks, I appreciate it!
5grade coach14 press break is great question where should the 1 pass go when using a 14 press break.

Love this. From Maryland, we would 1-2-1-1... This was a man look, initially... It does play out zone trap... Nice video
Thanks coach!
Maybe show outlets on the ball, if you're doing a press break?
Do you have a video on how you adjust the diamond press against the 1-4?
I did not make a vide on it yet, but I am happy to share the details with you coach. I'll get working on a video too.
@@GetBetterBasketball I’d love to hear the details. What’s the best way to get those details?

@@GetBetterBasketball I look forward to that future video. Keep me posted. Thank you!

Should the diamond press be done in the first or second half

Got you a bit more
Still looks man, to me... Haven't gotten to the trapping ..
Doesn’t look like a diamond press to me at all

It's a good video, but too much extra commentary for young coaches. They could get lost in the I would do this or I would do that.
