- Bailable and Non Bailable offences are defined in Section 2 of CrPC, 1973 and provisions related to bail have been covered under sections 436 - 450.

2 person required for bail of accused - but there is a condition on who T 2 person can be.. T 2 person either hv to be in service or business.. In case accused miss the dates of hearing - the penalty or property - whatever kept as Guranttee is seized or amount is collected
