To get paid more in order to fix the data analytics the gpt analytics people will try to generate Edit: a couple of months have passed and I'll give you some more reasons on why to learn this stuff -> gpt can help you do things faster, but if you don't know what you are doing you can easily go faster in the wrong direction. Do you know how that translates to a work environment? Underqualified drama queens wasting time with theatrics and politics of vanity.
It's still worthwhile to learn, and I feel even more accessible to learn and implement with these types of tools. As great as ChatGPT is at automating tasks, it's good to have a core understanding of the technologies that it's using to make sure you're getting the correct results

Loving the program so far, but small problem: When I drag the attachment or use the paperclip, ChatGPT doesn't allow me to send it. The send button is grayed out and the Enter button skips a line. I think it's because the zip file is 60 MB and ChatGPT's maximum is 50 MB.
Hi, can you talk about more about the right excel formatting for ChatGPT? I usually get a very specific excel sheet for the user tests results. It seems to be very difficult for ChatGPT to get all the information.
If anyone is confused when they do not see 'Advanced Data Analysis' toggle in Beta Features, don't despair. It has been removed by Open AI. Advanced Data Analysis is enabled by default for all Plus users.

Please explain the difference between data analysis and data analytics. And also explain that data engineering and data science. All of these are so much confusing because all looks same to me.
First, I'm not a hater or something. I just tried doing some analysis with Chat GPT and it keeps crashing, providing unreliable numbers, and ignoring some of the instructions. I just don't understand how a person who is doing data analysis for a living can recommend this. It's unreliable, it makes mistakes. Why should others use it? Isn't it better to learn several excel formulas instead?
I'm not sure how you're prompting it, but I feel a lot of the issues you speak of can be fixed with better prompting. Regarding the crashing, I have experienced this. However, the time it saves in streamlining tasks compared to the time i've spent dealing with crashes is FAR lower and is worth the cost. ChatGPT is not perfect, but when used correctly it saves me so much time... so that's why I recommend it
@lukebarousse Great Video. Thanks for doing this. I have a sales transactions excel file with about 120K rows (transactions). ChatGPT seems unable to process it and keeps erroring out. Is there a limit on the number of rows ChatGPT can handle?

Yeah, ChatGPT limits the number of chats you can do at a time: 40 messages every 3 hours Based on the demand of chatGPT, it looks like this is a way to ensure their servers don't crash; I don't find this too limiting in my analysis; you just have to make sure that you are very intentional about your chats and don't waste them
Yeah for company data, you need to be careful and consult your manager for how to handle this. ChatGPT Enterprise is the safe solution that companies can implement in order to ensure that there data is protected, while also being aware that their employees are using it with company data
Hey Luke, great video. Do you have any major concerns about uploading data sets and files that could contain private/sensitive customer information to ChatGPT? It would be really useful for my job but I am hesitant to upload any data that might contain any sensitive customer-related data (e.x. phone, name, address, etc) to Chat since I don't know how they store or handle data on their end. Any thoughts?
it really depends on the data; i would check with your employer. ChatGPT Enterprise seems to be the go to solution for what companies can use to protect their data and ensure it's secure, but that's something your company will need need to provide for you

With how this technology is going i'm seeing it becoming more of an AI assistant vice replacer. There are a few studies i've shared on Twitter and LInkedin showing that AI is not destroying jobs but instead helping jobs grow; so i'm optimistic
Did the invention of electronic spreadsheets take accountants jobs... No... and I feel the same can be applied to AI... it's a tool to help DA's with their jobs

I only know of the file size limits, not necessarily of a row size limit. If the file fits ChatGPT should be able to handle it

in most cases it is, I feel I run into it only ever so often; so for me getting a company account wouldn't be worth it

Advanced Data Analysis is now included as part of the core model of GPT-4, there is no need to select it

Juat don't, it's not worth the risk. You are not gaining much by using company data, yet there is chance you get fired/sued for that.
