Legacy rope user here ☝️, black one to be precise. Great tutorial Rushie, it remembers me that jumping rope is an adaptation skills training for your brain 🧠, because you always can introduce a change in what you do to make it challenging again.
rocking an orange Money Rope 2.0 (upgraded from a terrible steel-core Nike rope two weeks back) - thanks for this tutorial... stoked to try these out tomorrow. Going to try and toss some crossovers in there, too - peace!
Great basics. I have known many boxers who don't know many tricks. Their best trick is double unders and crossovers, but these steps they will do 20-30 mins straight for conditioning.
