You'll then need to have proper book-keeping for accountability and transparency. Lots of people including myself will definitely send money because you have a Vision. Pray is subjective. Pray so that what happens? The Bible does not expound on why you should pray for your leaders but you can pray for your leaders to get wisdom or pray for your leaders to hand over power peacefully to good leaders or pray for your leaders to leave the throne for good leaders to take over. You can even pray for bad leaders to go away. So the Bible left that to our own devices to pray as we wish for our leaders.
