The manga version of this scene was very emotional, especially after she inherits the True Water rune which in turn allows Chris to see the past memories of her father..which was mostly filled about Chris and her wife Anna. I really recommend reading it
This is pretty cool. I always choose Hugo as the flame champion. This gives a lot of clarity to Chris's background. I never sacrifice the amount of hours this game takes to do the other stories due to the sheer fact Chris is at best average with fire magic and it doesn't seem right having Geddoe give up the rune hes carried this whole time.

When I was a child I used to play this game and I really loved but it was difficult to me understand it because the English isn't my native language, and now that I grew up I understand better the English and this scene have more weight I love to re-watching this game again

True, She would have the ability to use this rune to its fullest power. No one knows more about the water rune family than her.
@@suiko2fan2 Chris actually is also have a good affinity with Water Magic, so it would make perfect sense if she is a bearer if true water rune. But sadly, her magic is too low. So you need to have her at high level to unlock all her spell.
This was the only 3d suikoden that was really worth the money. I still can't believe how people complained characters being 'too short'.
SodatSobat I think they meant the people look stumpy, as in they look like Dwarves, aka short...
Suikoden IV graphics is more better than Suikoden 3. But the storyline of 3, I admit is better and not quite short like Suikoden IV.
whats with Dad's not being their to raise their kids having late wives named Anna, am I right Kratos?
Kratos cant raise his son because he though his son is dead, different than Jimba who know her daughter still alive and become an important person but he dont want to put a target to her back.
