Try Schwartzkoph Blondeme. You can get to platinum in 30-40 minutes using 20 volume. Less damage. And if you need or want to do it again it's still less damage because you won't need a hour with 40 volume in your hair. Also sleep with coconut oil in your hair.

ive been bleaching my hair for 5 years now and it reallly started fucking with my scalp so i let my black roots grow out during the winter and just dye the grown out platinum to darker colors like purple and blue so the root isnt so obvious. taking care of your hair is important but dont forget about your scalp too :)
My routine is almost similar but I would absolutely recommend a liquid lightener instead of the powder bleach just to be a lil kind to our beautiful scalps❣️ either way you look fabulous!

Probably because Basic white isn't a strong bleach, only the developer. It barely lifts 5 levels in one hour without scalp heat. He'd get better results using something like Loreal Super blue or Schwarzkopf.

I cut and split dye my hair white every 2 weeks, it’s white, but not as white as yours. Now I know how to get it stark white and I don’t have to do it as often because I cut it regardless
If you lay foils on top your hair like a tin foil helmet, it will insulate the lightner better to keep it from drying. It should reduce your processing time.
