@@TheBigBraap We warned the walker he would meet loads of bike on the rally. Hopefully it didn't ruin his day by the noise and dust for a few minutes. Growing up watching Dakar riders blasting along with trails of dust behind them is iconic to me. That is why this weekend was so special. Weather makes a big difference. Such a friendly group of riders too.

That would be brave I don't fancy riding in the dark. I've booked the Wales500 at the start of May - hopefully catch up soon then if your hoping to do one sooner or later - let me know👍
@@TheBigBraap me either. But I think the night stage is optional. The one in May I was going to do but I need to be home at 5am on the Monday and it’s a 4 - 5 hour ride back lol.

I’m picking up my norden 901 in July so going to give this a crack like will probably have a go at the ice breakers over winter. So what’s with the speed limits is it just on certain sections and what is the speed limit?
Very nice, I'm hearing good stuff about the 901👌certain sections are speed restricted to either 20/30mph through villages (the speed limit) or 50mph through some forest sections, although this isn't all of the way through. You pick up penalty points for speeding just like when you miss a waypoint- Kielder is a stunning place to ride, hope you enjoy the new bike😊✌️
