Meet Aozoramusume (青空むすめ), the shining star of Bandowon (반도원), a peach orchard that knows its peaches inside out.
Originally from Japan, these peaches have been carefully nurtured by the experts at Tenkouen (天香園) nursery, with a history of over a century in Yamagata Prefecture. They crossed Kawanakajima (川中島) with Yuuzora (ゆうぞら), and in 2006, they brought Aozoramusume into the world, our late-season dream peach.
Aozoramusume boasts a fantastic, rose-like fragrance, and when perfectly ripe, it's incredibly juicy, sweet as can be, and has a satisfyingly firm texture. Plus, they're a sight to behold with their beautiful, round shape and that rosy color. You can snag them in late September when they're at their peak in size and sweetness.
