Funny that you talked lots about the key/ keypad, just what I was dreading but now that you’ve explained it, I feel better; strange enough, I met someone (a total stranger)at the mall last night looking for luggage , as I was doing the same, she confided in me that she had returned her newly purchased luggage because she couldn’t figure out how to work the lock … thanks for the great review , well appreciated !!!

We have!! It’s holding up well. This last time was with
Teela, my wife 2 kids and 2 grandparents and the stuff went into the back of the truck and survived well! This is pretty decent stuff. Only minimal scratches
