Suho said there two modes in this mv, one is suho with the grey suit and the second suho is the colored suho. Grey suho is referring to the time suho was in the military without exo-ls us the fans. The colored suho is the suho that came back from the military and can be again with the fans, so when he says no more grey it means he doesn't want to be apart anymore. And about the water part, since the beginning exo was set with super powers as part of their storyline so as you can tell suho has the power of the water control
