Strangely enough, throughout his brief life, David was convinced that he was in fact Elvis' own son. He was born illegitimately in Montreal, Canada in 1962 and was forced to grow up in a series of children's homes. Apparently, for such a talented entertainer in his own right, he had a very sad life by all accounts and suffered from depression and drug problems as a result.

Later on, although David became a successful Elvis tribute artist, he was ripped off financially many times by various managers and promoters. This eventually led to him having a serious drugs problem and ultimately caused his untimely death due to self administered gunshot wounds on January 5th 1993.

Il a fréquenté ma soeur durant plusieurs années et il était souvent chez nous. Il va nous manquer a tous.
