Inaugural Terry Truck Show at Dalton Trucking (2024) - Drive-Ins and Leaving

- Dalton Trucking and the Klenske family put on a fantastic truck show at their yard in Fontana, CA! Tons of antique trucks and big rigs from all around came out to the inaugural Terry Truck Show for Terry Klenske, a well-known figure in the American Truck Historical Society and president of Dalton Trucking. It was great to see the usual local ATHS trucks, as well as so many antique trucks from different ATHS chapters! Thank you to the Dalton Trucking team and the Klenske family for the wonderful hospitality, and to all the truckers that supported the event!

i learned to drive in bubble nose international in the socal area with a short trailer,empty, while the guy teaching me had a case of beer while sitting in the passenger seat--back in those days driving and drinking,pills were very common but not me,Mormon kid and do not mean the truck,remember those beasts?!! in cali you could get a commerical class 1 at 18 years of age..

Yeah, we first saw it when it was in progress when we visited the owner's yard a few years ago. We were glad to see he got it on the road!

Good choice! It was my first time seeing a 1940's Peterbilt in person. My favorite was the orange Peterbilt at 5:52 from the ATHS Redwood Chapter.

This was this past Saturday, February 3rd at Dalton's yard in Fontana. From what I've heard, there will be another one!

@@mattvega6941We've been to TFK before, not too sure if we can go this year. It's held during peak car show season, so there are a couple other events I plan on going to around that time.
