People who complain about the Marley's getting nominated for Grammys all the time need to research the Grammy process .
1. Musicians , producers and record label personnels have to register for a certain genre of music .
2. Once registered that individual need to submit album he/she thinks is Grammy worthy by deadline (fall)
3. Once submitted the music content eligibility is checked over then it's grouped up by the Grammy .So basically if your favorite artiste/ his producer or label mates don't follow through these simple procedures how can they be up for a Grammy ?
