is there even a point to using 214K? I haven't really seen it used by Dogura for building excitement, rather I've been seeing him using it at neutral before dashing in. I'm curious as to why that is

I guess he does that in case of ground viper or any move that can hit him. It can be a good way to counter with the super if he has enough tension

He uses it at the end of strings that dont give knockdown but leave sol at a distance to catch grand viper or fafnir.
