Ironically, 12-step programs rely on the belief that your relationship with God, or, the gospel, the Word of God, Scripture- is None Of My Business. This interpretation of the Bible has made Scripture come alive in me. I didn't even know that was a thing- that is how stale and plastic religion and the Bible had become for me. We are only a part of God. The whole of God, which we have yet to describe or define well, passes far beyond our current understanding. God is greater than any other part, human or other. As Jesus said, not I but the father, he doeth the works. Einstein wrote a few interesting pieces on this subject, but being the smartest man in the world, came short of any description. Accepting the fact that moving closer to knowing is where we are today, but in a million years, if man survives, it's likely more understanding will come. Think about all that was unknown, that is now know, when Jesus was on earth. Things like what gives us the ability to talk on a cell phone. Isn’t Jesus the son of God. Aren’t we the son of God. If everything is one then there’s just God. That makes us God. I don’t understand why praying to God as third person makes things better if we’re God. I have only one question , when I get the answer , I will accept this fully.. .he is showing how THINGS came into existance, but how did the living things come into existance, how did gods even come into being.
There is a child's prayer that starts, "God is good, God is great," and that's about as well as we are currently capable of describing God. Sadly, we have made God in our image instead of understanding we are made in God's image. There may be enlightened persons who do understand the whole of the universe, and we should all strive for higher and higher levels of understanding (enlightenment) as we go on this journey through life. We are only a part of God. The whole of God, which we have yet to describe or define well, passes far beyond our current understanding. God is greater than any other part, human or other. As Jesus said, not I but the father, he doeth the works. Einstein wrote a few interesting pieces on this subject, but being the smartest man in the world, came short of any description. Accepting the fact that moving closer to knowing is where we are today, but in a million years, if man survives, it's likely more understanding will come. Think about all that was unknown, that is now know, when Jesus was on earth. Things like what gives us the ability to talk on a cell phone. Most of us cannot even understand this, let alone, the maker of the entire universe. Start where you are and add understanding daily to what you know! Most of all enjoy the journey and know there is a power out there that we are a part of, and that power is light, is love is all knowing and greater than all.
Kathyann Sancter. I believe Neville spoke much truth and wisdom but his teaching that you are god I cannot accept for a few reasons including as you have asked. We cannot create ie Adam/Eve ie the start of the human race. Scripture clearly says we are the "image of" therefore cannot be god, just as Christ was made in the image of elohim his father and is not almighty God but son of God. A dog will procreate a dog, a cat- a cat a human a human, a "god will create " in his likeness ", another god. So we are godlike ones but we are not father.

we have all sinned, and broken God’s law (the Ten Commandments). When a person breaks the law, they are then considered a criminal, and to bring justice, the judge must sentence/judge them according to their wrongdoings. No matter how big or small the crime, a person who breaks the law is a criminal, and are not judged by their good deeds but by what they have done wrong. For example; a m**der cannot say “I donated millions of dollars to an orphanage, you should let me go, look at all the good I’ve done.” Criminals are only judged for their wrongdoing, to let them go because of the “good” that they’ve done would be unjust. So those who have broken God’s law will be judged for their lawlessness, not the good that they’ve done. Since we have all sinned, we must be punished so that justice may take place. But if someone pays the fine for the crime we have committed we can legally walk free. Jesus took the punishment of sin, being innocent, so that all who repent of their sins and put their faith in Him may be saved. He essentially took our punishment so that we could walk free, he paid our debt. But one can accept or deny for someone to pay their fine, in like manner one can accept or deny this gift from God. If you repent of your sin (turn from it) and put your faith in Jesus, you will be saved.

There is the esoteric teachings of Christianity and exoteric teachings. The exoteric are for the "goyim", sheep, outsiders, plebs, which teaches that Christ was a literal man that walked the earth and performed miracles, made to mislead people and keep them in mental slavery.

Consciousness increases and decreases in waves over many millennia in cycles. We have just completed several cycles including a major cycle called the Platonic Year or precession of the Equinox. We also moved from being in Pisces for around 2000 years and now moving into Aquarius, which is bringing us out of the Iron Age of the Yuga cycle and will bring amazingly awesome positive change for humanity. All the religions and interpretations, before they all became perverted, taught the same thing, just with different names for the same universal principles and divine archetypes, often preserved in myths. The myths and stories are taken literally when they are not supposed to be. This new wave of consciousness that is coming will free us from the evil beings that rule this world currently, the evil beings know it's happening too, which is why they are to trying to close in on us and it's becoming very obvious to everyone now. The shifts in electromagnetic energy coming from the center of the galaxy and our Sun is shifting our consciousness and awakening our dormant spiritual power, but we have to be susceptible to it.
