ClumsyCrazyBlocky Decidueye's base speed is 70, while primarina and incineroar's base speed is 60, all you need to do is teach Decidueye a grass type move and a fighting/ground type move (if possible) and then you can destroy the other starters

Decidueye is the worst. Inceneroar and Primarina can both counter Decidueye
true but decidueye is the fastest of the bunch
I remember looking at something with 6 of their base stats and I remember seeing Inceneroar with 3 stats higher than Primarina and Decidueye
