It is my pleasure to bring you the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon 2 Remastering Project, an undertaking of mine dedicated to bringing one of my all-time favorite video game soundtracks to a new life. It is my belief that this music--composed by Arata Iiyoshi, Hideki Sakamoto, Keisuke Ito, Ryoma Nakamura and Ken-ichi Saito--deserves to be listened to and enjoyed by more than just the people who play, or have played, Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time/Darkness/Sky. It is a truly beautiful and widely appreciated collection of music, however with a limited potential due to the confines by which it is bound: a Nintendo DS cartridge. My goal for this project is to bring each track in the game to life by means of remastering, and in some cases reorchestrating, to the best of my ability, while at the same time preserving the natural charm that lies within them.

I hear this one in Zero Isle so often, I forget that it's Crystal Cave's theme.
The crystal-sounding notes echoing and jiggling around is so pleasant to listen to with headphones, awesome surround mix!
Seeing you remaster these got me in the mood to restart ex of sky. So I did. Thank you for your remasters!

The fade out transitions hit just right. I'd say the twinkling effects makes this sound so much better than the original. Still very pleasant, don't get me wrong. But the general "impact" from the original melody felt a tad bit unnecessary for an otherwise delightfully atmospheric track
Sorry, do you mean there's too much "impact" in the original track, or in this remaster? Glad you like it either way!

Thanks, I only ask because from my perspective if anything I gave the remaster a more prominent melody than the original, at least relative to the bass
