Advised that he has opportunity to appeal though. *Not my opinion just what I read on his discord.

When Hutch reacted to the other guy get banned for the aimbot cheats he did say that if he sees mfs running around with lowest graphics and ha e signs of arena warrior gameplay theyre getting so sort of punishment

The owner doesn't want arena warriors with lowered graphics to hit some licks on the server... sadly he had decent rp, but the min max graphics are normally not a good sign..

All it seems like is the guys game isn't as colorful and just has shitty settings. I don't know a thing about the streamer but he could just have a PC that can't run GTA 5 well on good graphics. Not everyone with shitty graphics is some arena warrior looking to farm clips. Also I just gotta say, anyone who does enjoy watching montages want the clips to look good; Not something recorded off of a blackberry.

My brother lent me his 1660 ti (a little better than yours) until I got a 4070. When I was using the 1660 ti, I had to stop using NVE, but my graphics were high, and in 2k, I had density and distance as low as it goes, and texture budget high. I locked fps to 60, and I got around 45 fps average. It wasn't the best, but comparable to consoles fps lock, in fact slightly better. (Consoles lock at 30 fps) A 1660 will do 1080p on med high settings, absolutely no problem. So I call your fib on "only able to play on low texture budget" Not only that, a 1660 is perfectly capable of 1080 gaming AND streaming.
