Dear Sir, Let me try to give some answers. In fact, Endotoxin are heat resistant and it can't be removed by common sterilization such as Autoclave and Oven, while most of bacteria and spores are killed. So what I want to say is, removing endotoxin from any materials should pass through the dry heat process. In USP , Depyrogenation Process should be taken at any point betweenn 170 and 400 deg C. Here in Indonesia, commonly we use 250 deg C for 30 minutes. CMIIW
@@prolabiosmitraanalitika2364 I do understand the point. I mean physical removal of endotoxins from the surface (process is used for rubber stoppers washing, for example). Efficiency of dry heat process is more compare to physical removal of endotoxins.

I heard about filter membrane that could separate the endotoxin from water, it is mainly used for Water For Injection (WFI) Manufacturing process and also on a hemodialysis machine. But the efficiency of that method, I don't know yet
