This mindset of the judges is rooted in the shameful "honour culture" of our country. I can't believe, this is coming from a High Court!!!

In the case of ujjwal kumari girl has just attained the age of 18. So if she claims that they are living in relationship for last one year, then it is not legal. It is allowed for 18+ age
Now if we say that presently they are major and have a right, even them it is to be maintained for a reasonably long time

  • @sunilkumarsuman83

Live in ko yadi courts promote karenge toh obviously instability toh aayega ..no one will marry, everyone can choose a partner, live in for fun, have sex, jab man bhar gaya tab next partner. There will be no ethics left between a relationship. It'll become a joke. It's like 1-2 saal chalate hain phir change kar lenge .

Protection to dena chahiye. Lekin main aapse ye puchta hoon ki 18, 19, ….22 ke bacho ko ye bhi pta hota hi, usse kya kerna hai zindgi me ? Maximum ko nahi pta,,,, Romantic movies dekh ker life - partner dundna ya sex kerna hi zindgi nahi hota…..
Aur mera ye maan-na hai ke aise couple me ek well settle hona chahiye means job honi chahiye. Taaki usse pta chale ki duniya kaisi hai. Kaise kaise log hote hai, jo ek dusre ka kaat-te hain.
Khule vichar, broad-mind ka mtlb ye nahi hota ki aapko jo pasand aaye usse shaadi karo, ya sex karo Orr bolo meri marzi. Ya living me rho. Broad mind ka mtlb hai ki aapko samjh honi chahiye ki kon aapka use le rha. Sex education ka pta hona chahiye, ki kya kya changes hote hain body me.

Punjab haryana high court hai ya gaao ki panchayat. High court ne kaanoon ka galat istemal kiya hai is judgement me kyuki supreme court high court se bhi uper hai aur jab supreme court ne live in relationship ko crime nahi maana hai to fir high court aisa ghatiya judgement kaise de sakti hai? High court ke against supreme court me case karna chahiye. 2 audults agar aapsi sahmati se live in me rahna chahte hai to ye kisi bhi tarah gunah nahi hai.

High courts mein bhi Khaap mindset wale judges aa gaye hain to Justice kahan se hoga? Inke hisab se to couple ko marne diya jaye unke bloodthirsty parents and family members se. Right to chose life partner is a basic human right of an adult. Parents, family or society have no right to interfere in an adult's personal liberty of choice. Courts and Police must provide protection to whosoever needs. It is the duty of the court and police to safeguard the life of citizens. The couple can go against the High court verdict in Supreme court and ask for the justice.

Bahut padhe likhe hone k baad b morality ko jurisdiction me consider na krna, yahi to foolishness h, morality is meant for making society peaceful. So judgement should harmonize with morality, else it will only create havoc in the society. Which we can see. Inspite of there judgement they could not make society peaceful. Rather those spiritual communities are very peaceful following morality. Morality is such a nice thing that it does not even need these courts. When people becomes immoral then the role of courts comes in the scene. If courts itself start avoiding morality in their judgement, simply by the help of some strict laws they think they can make society peaceful, means they are in illusion. Spiritual and moral education should be propagated in the society to avoid case like domestic voilence in marriages. Good moral n spiritual training should should given in schools as well as in COLLEGES, which is lacking and that is the root of all problems. When wmen will be well cultured, every women will be ready to take shelter of him. If men n women will remain selfish n exploitative for their personal desires then problems will arise. Problem is uncultured men n women in the society to lack of proper education system. Right to life can be applied only when it does not disturb the fabrics of society. Like a thief wants to live, but his stealing cannot be given protection by the courts on the name of right to life. This way of living life is not justified. Way should be changed. Similarly this way to living life in live-in is not suitable for the well being of society. One should try to live his life in his limits of morality. Like that of thief.
