How much is the frequency ??? Or time in ms or us per division Bcz i want to trim off inductive spikes where the spikes has a duration in microseconds, will the TVs diode be able to operate within that time?
Depends on the TVS. I believe that info is in the datasheet. If you look at the bottom of the screen you can see what the scope was set to in terms of time/volts per div.
