Indeed, it seems like it. I have used have a very fast recovery and that ointment was tier 5 while I am fighting tier 4 zones so it should cover it, but it didn’t. I haven’t made an alliance yet, but I am planning to since I have a lot of silver coins. I can easily afford one, but it’s difficult to maintain though and add additional responsibility.
😢This game has a bug. When hp is too low, it won't recover even if you use strong medicine. I died many times when I was robbed.
