I literally JUST both found and shared this song with my friends on Facebook yesterday, and sent it to some of my friends through messenger to discuss the possible meanings and how beautiful and dark it is. I wake up to indulge in the feeling it gives me and boom, original video gone. So messed up. I'm glad I can still find it here, but the comment thread from the original video was a work of art as well, like one long poem, and now its gone. I'm a bit upset about that.
I don't mind if the original content creators want to get credit for the videos, but why pull down a video when RUclips will let you file a claim to receive any monetization from channels showing it? Especially since the video they deleted had been up for years and had many millions of views and insightful comments praising, critiquing, and in general showing how important and novel the work was. Now that's all gone. And why did RUclips not let me see the name of this video when they removed it from my playlist? Thankfully, I had only discovered this song a week ago, so I still remembered what it was. And this time, I'm going to download the video with the *youtube-dl* Python script so that it won't disappear again.
