Clutch Basket Replacement for KTM/Husqvarna/GasGas 65, 85 & 105cc Dirt Bikes

If your clutch lever is not as smooth as it once was and is starting to feel jerky, notching in the fingers of the clutch basket is the most likely culprit. KTM, Husqvarna and GasGas utilize an aluminum clutch basket in their supermini dirt bikes that are prone to wear and can be prone to notching. In this video, Charles shows how to properly inspect and replace the clutch basket on a KTM 65 SX, but the process will be similar for KTM/GasGas/Husqvarna 65, 85, and 105cc motorcycles.
