You know when ghost or spirits go through walls and so on they make a loud bang like that also and it happens at the moment the ghost or whatever it maybe is going into the wall or doors. Wow and scary for sure

The older I get, the less I believe in ghosts.. the more I watch paranormal shows, the less I believe..
Didn't believe for 50 years.my buddy bought a haunted house ,had to sign a knowledgeable contract.seen it .fact I even know who it is or was .souls get caught. Fact
That is how I felt as I got older ... and then I realized I had actually died years ago and was, myself, a ghost! I couldn't believe it ... until I started communicating with a reality TV performer through a spirit box, .. then it was pretty clear.
The cupboard doors are opening, very exciting, but then you decide to walk out after hearing a loud bang downstairs?😅

I, myself, have tried to open doors before and found it to be basically impossible. So the opening of doors really seems to me to be the best evidence of the supernatural.

One thing I will say about this show is that I do give it more credibility than 99% of "ghost shows" on TV. Phil legit tries to debunk everything, and Josh generally sides with him in the end. I think Jess genuinely believes the BS, .. what I consider BS anyway. That, for me, is what sets this show apart. I can't tolerate nonsense like "Ghost Adventures," but Expedition X seems like a fair inquiry into weird stuff. And the fact that they usually DON'T conclude something supernatural is happening gives it some additional cred. All that aside, it is fun to watch. IMHO.
That cabinet door was already open partially and when they noticed it she said it continued to open which it didn't. To many things that can be easily faked.
