I can see that you've been really improving with all this animation practice you've been doing. I've found that the best way to improve is by having a "community of practice" - which is to say, other people who are doing the same thing, in a chat or forum or something, so you can learn from people who are as good as or better than you. Even if you don't, though, just keep going. That's the most important part. Oh, and by the way, it might be good for your channel if you had your animations as part of a larger narrative - it would be good to have a bit of a "storyline" that everyone can try to piece together, and at the end you can edit them all together into a substantially longer clip that other people will be more likely to link to. (Because, observing my own behavior, I've noticed that I don't really share 10- or 30-second videos, but I'm happy to share 1-minute videos.)
