Hello Husti, the original purchaser of the game is the only one who can refund a gifted game. So the same rules apply, the game typically needs to be purchased no more then 2 weeks ago and played by you no more then 2 hours. Then like if you didn't like the game, your friend could request a refund (he would have to request the refund the same way I showed you how in this video).. and after he requests a refund, Steam would send you an authorization and you would have to agree to the refund. Then if you both do that, it would take a day or do to be approved by Steam and another day or so to be refunded. ..Hope that helps!
quick tip note on this whole refund thing : if you gifted a friend a game and i wanted to refund it .. you can't directlly ask for refund .. the friend who you gifted the game have to give you a permission to refund first by going to help.steampowered.com and doing the same steps as the video then checking the bar down below which says that he gives you granted to refund it then you do the same steps as this vid hope i helped someone out there and have a good day evryone

+Scottish Cyclops Try clicking the little boxes picture just to the left of the X in the top right bud. Then grab the corner up there by holding your mouse while putting your mouse curse on the corner of the Steam page and then DRAG it towards the middle of the screen a little to decrease the size of the Steam page a little bit. Now can you see the HELP at the top of your Steam page?

+Khobrian19GT - Yes if you purchased the game and DLC on Steam, then you will be given a refund (usually pretty quickly now within 48 hours) as long as you've bought it less then two weeks ago and played the content under 2 hours. Even if you go over the two weeks or two hours of gameplay a little, they might still give you a refund. I've refunded over 50 titles without any problems since I put this video up last June.
Khobrian19GT - Hey man, that's not much over the two week restriction. Give it a try, I'd say you got a great chance at getting a refund, especially if your playtime is under 2 hours. Never hurts to try, only takes a moment to submit a refund request! Don't wait any longer though, submit that refund request ASAP! :-)
decodatv Nope no need to do that to get the refund, but keep in mind that after they refund you, the game will no longer work, so you might as well uninstall it.

Fronk Wost The key will stop working, most games use Steam API and if you get refunded the key assign to you will be disabled, so that won't work.
