This video shows you how to install a TRQ water pump in your 2003-2021 Chevrolet Express. The water pump keeps coolant flowing through your engine. Common failures of the water pump will leave the coolant leaking, or stagnant. Both will lead to overheating if left untreated. Install a new engineered to fit water pump from TRQ for total peace of mind.

Water pump came with paper gasket for thermostat housing I chose not to use. The hardest part about my job was the old water pump paper gaskets were baked on to the block it was a pain removing them took me along time for right side.

On my 06, the lower rad hose at the radiator didn’t have a clamp, they use those clips so I found it easier to put the drain pan under the engine and disconnect the lower rad hose at the thermostat. Hope this helps guys with earlier vans

Seating it'll still leak
Because of settlings
Just tight those nuts/bolts till they are well tighten to appoint where they will no longer turn...
According to my torque methods other then his I'll hire him to do work for me...
