Today we try out THE EDISON at DISNEY SPRINGS. Swing by this industrial gothic-themed hotspot for classic American cuisine, signature cocktails and live entertainment.
Designed to resemble an abandoned 1920s power plant, this cavernous, split-level space boasts all of the ingredients for a memorable lunch and dinner-or an epic evening out.
Standout features include 7 distinct dining and bar areas, waterfront balcony views, steampunk-inspired décor and a steady lineup of unique acts-family-friendly by day and a little edgier by night.

Went for lunch in March. Loved the place. The Electric Mule is superb! Your son is right about the fries delicious. Calamari also. I had the Steak, relatives had the Edison burger. We loved it all. I wish I could remember the young ladies name who was out server but she was awesome. Highly recommend The Edison!
