Hello, my machine worked when it arrived. You better try to charge it for 1 hour and try to use the machine. If it still doesn't work, it is a defective product.
There is no option to see the batter level. But while charging it the light will be blinking(6 lights near the power button ), once the battery is full, all the light will be on

For a full charge it works for over 10 days, if used regularly for around 15 to 30 mins
