Even on RUclips there's dark manipulation lessons. 🥶 That's just out there for the public, not even the dark web. I think any Ghostface has the IQ to use the Dark web without being caught, set up or anything. I'm pretty sure if Roman had access to those types of resources he'd be more dangerous than most horror villains.
