I love this. Sometimes I wake up feeling very anxious about nothing at all, and since it's not very rational I can't seem to make it stop. It's really important to know yourself and know what you can do to calm yourself down and put yourself in a better mood!
Animals make this world a much better place. Dogs,cats, cows, birds, pigs, chickens... all of them ! I'm grateful animals exist :D And I hope one day they won't be killed for humans anymore ...
My grandmother always said that everyday is a good day if you're above the ground, there's always something to do to make you feel better or happy, just look around and you'll find it.

You explained things that usually works for you . The way we see things is very important and if we can change this mindset , and have positive thoughts , and remember what we are grateful for it'll "happen" . Great video :-

I actually do these things, especially taking walks which is what I'm doing right now, yesterday I walked 10.0 miles, my back and feet are arching but I'm also doing it today. I don't care of how much I do, it's just enough to keep me happy for the day. Lovely video x
