I have questions about the enduro build there. It looks like you built your own seat bracket for the solo seat. I plan the same thing and wondering if there is a video of that or if you could share your wisdom. Thank you!!
I dont have a video of building that bracket and I'm not sure I have a video of me welding one on. It's the same bracket I make for all my solo seat / mono shock conversions.
I'm in the middle of my first 80 Cx500d bobber build and I'm wondering what all you had to change or tune and how you did it to run the air pods and different exhaust set up? Appreciate your time and love your builds man!
To run the pods you must change out the 2 jets on both carbs. The most common starting point people use for jets are 90 and 120. Remember big in the brass, meaning the 120 goes in the brass fitting and the 90 in the aluminum carb piece. You will also need to adjust the air mixture screw once the bike is running and rideable. Plenty of videos for that adjustment.
Forks are 2006 GSXR600, bearings from Allballs, front hub is Harley narrow glide (bought off ebay and no clue of year), wheel is a new 40 spoke from Ebay, and spokes from Buchanan.
The mufflers (as if they actually make it quite) are off ebay. Just some shorties, very loud. Been looking for a better fit for this bike and plan to remove them.
@@thedutchmanandthedigger1500 They sound a lot quieter than the Emgo cones I'm running on my CX500. Thought they looked the perfect size for my CT70/140.

1/4 would be plenty thick. I ran 3/16 for both top and bottom.

What rear hub and wheel did you use? You mentioned the front-hsxr600 forks and Harley narrowglide hub, thanks
The rear is Stock CX with spoke rings bolted to it.
Could you do a list for the the wheel conversion and front forks?

All have factory headers that have rebent or extended.
