OMG this session is so good. And these coaching questions are SO amazing! The first coaching session I ever had was with an Inner Glow Circle coach, and I think I spent the entire 60 minutes saying "omg, no one's ever asked me that before." A coach with powerful questions is like a captain with a compass.
It's so true! A coach comes with the questions, the CLIENT comes with the answers.
She said in the 11th hour she becomes fearful of success.
She is afraid of succeeding.
She is a powerhouse until she sees it's right there within reach. So she should have separate steps in her goals.
Lay them out, and each step has a goal. Therefore even the "11th hour " has a goal and she can stay focused on that goal and not the fear of failure.

Such a good session! This reminds me of the first coaching session I ever had which was so powerful. It was the first time (I think ever..) that I didn't feel alone. I felt heard, understood and seen! It didn't take long for me to believe in the power of coaching!
