I dont see the point in having cosmetic rarities if theres nothing extra special about them. Legandary skins should have custom sounds and effects to them. This could also be used to introduce the CE magnum as a sidekick model

They should totally do weapon sounds for additional customization.
Many of the UNSC weapons in Infinite just sound so quiet and unsatisfying. Especially with the reload sounds.
