If only the samoan backline were as consistent as the forward pack, .... they would have won alot more tournaments throughout the years, perhaps the samoan problem is not in its depth in talent, but more of its the lack of good backs within the country. Its whats preventing samoa from going forward as a sevens powerhouse.
