The samsung A9+ is best for students because it's 5g + wifi and is quite affordable too... coming to ipad 10th gen it's expensive then if you take the affordable one it's only 64 gb whereas the samsung one is 128gb....so it's better to take the samsung one rest is your choice
Even i have the same variant of ipad 10th gen silver so i’m using a Apple Pencil alternative so if you are planning to design or sketch on ipad then obviously actual apple pencil would be a better option but if you want to do note taking more on it then pensil alternative would be very affordable and reasonably better
