try server hopping in the void if u have to, unless you have full god and are op ur gonna need a group of people to fight it, keep in mind you have to do a decent amount of damage in order to be able to get a spell.

How I did it was I just summoned him with my friend, then some god players killed us then somehow we got the voodoo still
