What can I say beautiful...just beautiful.Great guitar tone with great vocal tone to match.Simply loved it. SRV would've been well proud of this performance.Well done simply fantastic.loved it.😊
As a Black blues player from Chicago currently living in Germany, I feel you really need to give credit where credit is due. This is an Elmore James tune that was covered by Albert King and then brought to prominence later by Stevie. However, it is absolutely not Stevie Ray's tune.
It’s not an “SRV cover”. The Sky Is Crying was written by Elmore James in 1959 - when ‘SRV’ was 5 years old. It’s an Elmore James cover, as was SRV’s (cover) version
Seen in Megève... What a player, what a band. Back to good blues!

yes and that fits....the Les Paul played here by Henry was made in 1959. Thank you for clarifying.
