That is a smart owner. Most owners of companies are not too bright and hinder their progress because they can not get out of the way. I know of a company that was owned and ran by a family that after a decade dwindled down to where they had to close up shop because they were unqualified and would rather employ family members.

Plot-twist: Roscoe is the owner, secretly encourages people to think Ricky is, and owns the equipment rental company, allowing him to use the damage to the equipment as insurance claims…
That is a great addition to my idea! But Ricky is the owner of the company, and Roscoe is just the owner of the rental company, they do scheme a lot. Maybe Roscoe gave Ricky the money to start the company and gave him some equipment. Slowly Roscoe is almost paying off his rental equipment and when it is like one payment away from being paid off he sends it to Ricky to get destroyed for the insurance, but not replace it. Which is another good reason they would go to Mexico. Also as part of the deal, Ricky doesn't pay for the rentals but on paper, he does, that money is actually part of the money laundering scheme so Ricky's wife/ Pablos sister can get everything set up for them to move down to Mexico. Someone mentioned Roscoe being a 600-year-old wizard storyline, which would make him incredibly smart and he has seen enough to know how to pull it all off without getting caught. They keep the bossman out of the loop and tell him Ricky has a lot of baby mamas and kids to help hide the money laundering and fraud schemes to protect him from legal issues until they get to Mexico.
I really hope Ricky is, and if it does end with Ricky owning it, cycle another job site and new characters. Alright, so we've learned Ricky is indeed the owner. The forklift outside was a rental, he got a call from safety man, and the reason he 'only gets paid $17 an hour', and works every weekend, is because he owes so much in child support. Remember that he has 6 different baby mammas fighting for his paycheck. He's late a lot to work in previous videos, and always has weird excuses for why he's late. The only reason he's late so much, is because he has to check in at the office and sign paperwork.

Being from south arkansas just south of pine bluff myself I love how far all of this channel has come. Just goes to show anybody is capable of anything. Even being the actual owner of the company and screwing with absolutely everybody on the dam job site... I swear he's the actual owner and this is going to end up with tool room Tommy not quite making it those 22 years he wanted to run the tool room. Nothings happening to anybody else. Safety man does a good job keeping everybody safe, boss man makes sure work gets done, and obviously NOBODY is gonna fuck with roscoe. This is just gonna continue forever, never come out with the actual end, and be amazing every time I get a notification there's a new video up. Love the content man, you gotta get to Rison and have a beer and a bonfire sometime 👌
Every grunts dream. Love your stuff
I just started watching and subscribe to your channel. You make laps everytime. I love Ricki he is hilarious. I love how you play all the parts. You had me a little fooled at first I have to admit. You are doing amazing thing here. Thank you for bringing a good laugh to the people in a time when we really need it. And I must say there are times when you made me laugh and I thought, hey, that’s a good point.
Pure gold! Well written thought out. This what i watch everyday when I lay down to go sleep after a 12 hour night shift as a millwright. Best thing going on RUclips. It’s the only true reflection of the trades I’ve ever seen. And does my heart good to see another good old boy from south Arkansas making good for himself. Many thanks from the 870.
Part 2? YESSSSSSS! LMAO! Holy shiz this has me wondering if he is the owner or the best pranker ever!
You are a genius for coming up with chit !!!! It’s better than the pet rock back in the 70’s lmao😂😂😂😂😂😂
BRUH!!!! You're a whole show by yourself!!!😂😂😂😂😂 made my day.
Great stuff. loved the ending when ricky's phone was ringing outside and that sudden omg moment of realization. keep up the fun content my dude.
🧡Waiting for him to say “No one will ever believe you”
Yes, he is crazier than Squirrel shot. LMAO😅😅😅
Bro, omg I absolutely love your scits. You make me laugh and keep my chronic depression at bay. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
🤣😂🤣 This just went to a new level of story telling. I love it!
I want to give 1 million likes for this one. That was a great episode, keep em coming!
The way you had the safety man say "man im telling you this is some under cover boss shit" was so believeable and exactly how someone would say that at work lmao 😂🎉
This is so awesome, Ricky is the best owner. He just enjoys being that guy on the job that's crazy and doesn't care and keeps morale up. Pays himself 17 dollars a hour but really he's loaded and works all the time because he's the top g
Love the videos. Keep them coming. LOL ! 😂
Ricky is like every bosses kid that works on the job I’ve ever met 😂
This is what I was thinking it the company passed to him. He is not old enough to be the original owner because he is not even close in age to Roscoe who has been at the company for most of his life.
LMAO 🤣🤣🤣 waiting for part 3! Hopefully not a yr and half later but I'll be waiting either way🙏🙏🤣🤣
Ricky is the goddamn boss boys!!! 😂😂
Man, I needed that laugh.
Thanks much.
If Ricky’s ringtone was the Dixie horn off of the general Lee, then that would of made cinematic gold. Great vid, keep ‘em coming.
Ricky is just playing everyone kinda like an undercover boss. Genius!
Wait till tool room Tommy finds out.😂
🤣🤣🤣🤣 you definitely gotta make a part 3 I love these skits helps my day go by better and another one that would be funny if you did one where Ricky's street racing in your station wagon lmao
I swear for God i love ya, bring so much laughter in my life ty!!❤❤❤
I definitely support this being an ongoing series until you decide to make it end
😂😂😂 the ending was priceless!!! Now wanting part 3
Literally the greatest. Please keep this saga going 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Dude the lore is unreal! I mean idk if Ricky is the owner, but I hope the safety man keeps looking for proof and I hope he never gets true closure
Man, this is almost as suspenseful as waiting for Chancellor Palpatine to reveal himself as Darth Sideous.
Love it, safety man knows the truth about Ricky and Ricky knows the truth about roscoe. I’m loving the dynamic keep it up
Roscoe's "nuttier than squirrel shit" line got me
This was definitely worth the wait. Can't wait for the next one in the series!
This is amazing and I'm happy to see your usual videos have something of a plot. Hope it continues lol
Definitely worth the wait. No idea if Safety man missed that phone ringin comment from his reaction because of what Ricky caused. Keepin us on our toes
I love this storyline.
I don't know how many times I watch the first one of this
It's 0700hrs in the UK and I'm falling out of bed laughing at this stuff, what a way to wake up.
You boys crack me every time
Bright spot in my day, Guys! Thanks for the content you make!
"Checkers on a leopard's ass"... I'm dead 🤣🤣🤣
You are an entertainment genius, sir. I love your videos. Thank you for your time and effort in making us all laugh.
I just want to say thank you for these skits, always makes my day better❤
Ha! This is getting deep in here lol. I can't even RUclips without my boots on anymore.
This is the best bit you've come up with.
Also your internal Roscoe shows up occasionally lol
This maybe the best episode ever! Thank you so much for giving the long term fans something to 😉. I love it !!!!!!
Man, this Ricky the owner stuff has got me rolling......Need more PLEASE.........
