1:18:16 i think it is not market price of the bond.. it is still the convexity of bond which is calculated in 2nd step.. So Convexity of bond = C × (change in interest rate)^2 × 100..

I think, current year's dividend or present year's dividend which will be paid in next year. I.e Year 1.

@@Zeno-Sama0111 how will you interpret.. *the company currently pays dividend at rs 2*?? Will you treat it as D1 still?.. Current dividend is a dividend the company is paying currently.. It does not include expected growth! Hence D0 according to me.

I think what he meant was Current "YEAR's" Dividend . For eg. Our current year is 2020-2021, it's dividend will be declared and paid next financial year. So D1.
