I know this lady is off her rocker, but the guarantor saying that she doesn't know how to set up auto pay is a bit suspicious to me because she could just ask someone. Had her lights not been cut off she wouldn't be down there going cuckoo for cocoa puffs.
@@jenanderson5255I think you are very correct. Julie said she told her that she needed to get that bill paid but she didn’t go down there until the power was shut off and then was blaming the power company. I know that for several bills that I put on auto pay I had to send a voided check but now they just ask for the routing and account number. She may not have gotten an employee that was senior enough to know that there were ways that they could accommodate her even without checks. Goodness knows she certainly didn’t like the way it was set up now.
The therapist wants her to take responsibility for paying her own bills. Her sister reminds her but she doesn't do it. Then it gets turned off and she blames everyone else.
This cop went above and beyond. Very troubled woman who showed her true color at the very end. When the cop has to say "Don't cry" - Theres something more going on and dealing with trying to keep your billls paid can weigh on you. She was directing her anger at the wrong people.

No, no that’s actually a holdup alarm, it’s a hold up alarm, no it’s a hold up alarm, Yeah, that’s a hold up alarm, no it’s a hold up alarm. That’s actually a hold up alarm.
Any person that has a family member that suffers from mental illness should understand. I do because my sister suffers from mental illness and she drives people crazy!
if she is an accountant I am a nuclear physicist - she is not responsible enough to handle a bank account on her own for obvious reasons - poor sis is overwhelmed with her shenanigans
I get she's frustrated, but if the woman hadn't thrown a tantrum, she probably could have done what the cop did. Loved the female cop, controlled the woman, calmed her down and dealt with the problem.
I feel bad for the sister. Having been in somewhat similar circumstances, except with my mother, I know how frustrating it is to help someone out when they don't understand what you are doing or why. I would be so frustrated I would want to give up any responsibility, yet know that that would only make it worse.
No arrest, no assault just simply doing a amazing job to the female officer. She was claiming the situation and found the problem and got a hug at the end. 🥰
When people complain about female officers, I bring up situations like this. Men ‘tend’ to be better at hand to hand combat, women tend to be better at sorting out stories, calming situations, sorting out difficult situations.
Not really. She is supposed to be learning to take care of her bills herself and her sister reminds her to pay the bill but she doesn’t do it. She doesn’t want Julie in charge of her money but she is not capable of doing it herself yet. Without checks for the account it makes it much more difficult to get her bills paid. I don’t think she lets Julie know that she doesn’t pay the bill until after it gets shut off and then she’s mad because no one took care of it for her. She really needs to be a little more grateful that her sister is doing all that she does for her now. She could always have a court appointed guarantor overseeing everything and that might change things she doesn’t really want to have changed. I know someone who has a payee for her SSDI and whenever she doesn’t like what this woman does she always says she is going to have her removed but she can’t without having someone else willing to do it. This is at least the second one she has had. The last one quit because of the way she has treated them. It isn’t easy to balance what the person needs and what they think they need with the income they have. I certainly couldn’t do that for someone else unless it was strictly a business arrangement and I had no other contact with them.

Duuuuuude ... whatever... the cop was really nice, well played ma'am ...
I thought when the employee was saying "she got disconnected again" that she meant mentally disconnected, then I realized she meant her power had been disconnected!
This is why we need our female officers. Women are the best problem solvers in this universe.
The fact that her sister knew and understood why the cops were calling her sister says a lot about her sister and their dynamic. Kind of sounds like her sister has dealt with this Love sunshine a lot in public and at home.
"You're all babies," said the woman having a full-blown temper tantrum in public.
I know this lady is off her rocker, but the guarantor saying that she doesn't know how to set up auto pay is a bit suspicious to me because she could just ask someone. Had her lights not been cut off she wouldn't be down there going cuckoo for cocoa puffs.
periot
That's what cops should do help people good job.
I disagree it’s not a cop’s job to figure out this woman’s bills for her or manage her emotions.
Thanks for sharing . I feel this could of gone real bad that officer actually seems to care about people
*could've.
As in 'could have.'
I didn't expect the narrator to be so softly spoken. I'm so used to hearing some deep raspy interrogator voice. Lmao. Great vid❤
Thank you :D
This police officer going beyond the call of duty 😇
Amazing what can be accomplished when you are calm and polite.
Thank you Mrs.Officer you did a great job de-escaleting the situation!!❤
This cop went above and beyond.
Very troubled woman who showed her true color at the very end.
When the cop has to say "Don't cry" - Theres something more going on and dealing with trying to keep your billls paid can weigh on you. She was directing her anger at the wrong people.
Talk about going over and above the call of duty. What a wonderful officer…🥰
That wonderful police officer went SOOOO above & beyond the call of duty... that's for sure 😃 I feel horrible for Juliet, the sister. You could hear the exhaustion and frustration in her voice. I hope everything turns out okay.
Oh lord. . . She's behind the wheel !
That one surprised me a bit.
That *SIGH* when she closed her car door… it hits.
She’s an accountant? Wow!
I'm not sure I believe that 😅 Just my opinion.
Julie is over Sue's shenanigans 😅
AMAZING example of true community policing! 🏆🏆🏆
A wonderful video including an education about utilities. What more could a viewer ask for. Many thanks.
All she needs to do is enter the routing & account numbers online. You don't need a voided check anymore at most places.
The sister said there's no set up or password. That mean no online account.
Yessss! This is the ideal officer! She speaks in a calm but firm tone. She clearly articulates the problematic behavior, and goes above and beyond to find a solution. Too many times I've seen officers escalate these types of situations. It's so refreshing to see such an honorable public servant! We only need about 500000 more like her.
This officer is amazing! Bravo 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
The police officer understood there was a mental health issue. She assisted to resolve issue. That’s what a police officer is supposed to do. You go girl!
Even her whisper is offensive. Vagaha
I feel sorry for the sister omg
Having been in a similar situation with my (late) sister, I can tell you it's draining.
You could hear the frustration.
That female officer is amazing🖤
I'm guessin', that's a hold up alarm.
Leo handled this whole situation like total professionals. Nice going!!
Poor sis is doing what she can I'm Sure. I know how hard it can be.
Then offered her a ride home, 🥹❤️❤️ great job officer. You deserve a raise
I do because my sister suffers from mental illness and she drives people crazy!
bless the sister! bless the officers. bless the power company staff. and Sue - she struggles.
if she is an accountant I am a nuclear physicist - she is not responsible enough to handle a bank account on her own for obvious reasons - poor sis is overwhelmed with her shenanigans
Even the other officers are looking at the female officer with MAD RESPECT!
Absolutely incredible work by this officer! Bless you!
Yes, let her go on her merry way, ALONE. That's the thanks she gives people who help her SMH
Pay your bill so your electricity won't get cut off....
pay attention to the whole video before you judge
I feel so deeply for Julie. I hope she doesn’t have to deal with these tantrums for much longer. Su is too grown at this point.
Regardless of disability the powers that be should of been problem solving the issue instead of bypassing it.
People get tired of constant craziness!! I would be the same way
OMG how many times did the cop have to say ''That's a hold up alarm''... did her stylus get stuck ?
No arrest, no assault just simply doing a amazing job to the female officer. She was claiming the situation and found the problem and got a hug at the end. 🥰
This officer was so kind and helpful for this lady.
21:50 you should black out her number.
Oh man; I hope that sister got the whole deposit back. This was a good video!
6:40 perfect commercial for the bank, lmao.
They’re loyal to even the patrons that get arrested on site. 😅
That officer is a mother. 💯
Love this cop. It's refreshing to see positive police encounters.
Was the world always full of grown toddlers?
Yes, but it is worse now!!
She has a disability
Female cop had the patience of Job. Nice.
This officer has experience negotiating with children. Did them male officers speak at all???
When people complain about female officers, I bring up situations like this. Men ‘tend’ to be better at hand to hand combat, women tend to be better at sorting out stories, calming situations, sorting out difficult situations.
I feel for this woman....her sister is over her money and she's letting her power get cut off
amen thank you i just said that in my own comment
That officer was amazing. Great job 👏
Look that lady is definitely mentally ill, but I don’t think she’s crazy for being mad at her sister. She shouldn’t have to deal if she has a grantor.
She's having a temper tantrum but they are babies??? How do you not know you are screaming?! Get outta here!
This woman shouldn't drive. Omg.
