Clever build. Until you pointed it out, I didn't notice it.
Happy to hear the impact of hurricane Michael wasn't huge on you guys. Keep up the great work.
Till the next one, take care.

Great job ladies....I myself didn't have saw's on hand but, I did buy a craft bird house from "Michael's" took over to the parking lot of Home Depot and found a handyman in his truck with a small hand saw....took the bird house home and it fits perfect for my outdoor camera...Thanks for the great idea😊

Recently installed 3 of this model outside. Now I’m fine-tuning and was thinking about a birdhouse cover for both protection and also in wet weather. Will also add that in addition to installing a second battery, you can acquire solar panels from Ring or 3rd parties to keep the batteries charged. You can also get gutter mounts for those of us who prefer to attach to the house rather than use a post.

Great idea! It was an easy design and birds won't confuse it for a house that they can live in. I was wondering if the second slot for the battery was for putting in the second battery while you take out the other battery if it needs recharging, that way it won't need to be turned off? Also, you both are a cute team and seem like you have a good relationship! The best part is this video may last forever and you grand kids could see it. :-)

I only have one battery for it, so it does turn off when I charge it. I would assume it would not do that if I had a second battery. Thanks! -Steph

Very good. You could sell these. I don't have a miter saw. (I have 3 already installed, but have one left) original Arlo camera I want to hide into a birdhouse. I've been looking to buy a faux birdhouse for my Arlo camera.

I love what you did with the camera! And I am in the market for a camera for my house and this battery option sounds perfect and easy to install
    Thank you!

I think you can, but have never tried it. Looks like they have it on their website.

Great idea, but a good look at it and it's apparent it's a security camera...looks more like a cover than birdhouse. Maybe take more time to construct a more convincing birdhouse...but you're on to something good!
